A SUNRISE HIKE & DEEP CONNECTION TO BRING IN THE NEW MOON!

6.30 am - 1.30 pm
Join us as we celebrate the new moon and plant new seeds of connection along the lower to upper Huia dam walk.
This is for anyone seeking community, adventure, and a life aligned with the moon and sun!
What to expect:
Meditation & breathwork at dawn.
Icebreakers and conversation cards to use all day long.
A challenging hike (10+ km).
New moon intention setting.
Extra connection time at the beach.

We meet at the roundabout next to the lower car park on Maungawhau/Mt Eden between 5.45 and 5.55 pm. Please don’t be late.
Gates close at 7 pm, so park on the road and allow time to walk and find us.

Yoga mat/something to sit on
Warm clothes + jacket incase of rain
Water
Optional:
Headlamp
Hot drink
Extra blankets or outdoor mat incase of cold wet ground.
